OpenLoop Health, Inc. is seeking an AI Automation Analyst to build production AI agents, integrate CRM systems, and own end-to-end automation projects from ideation to live operation. You will partner with AEs, AMs, CSMs, and Finance to design scalable workflows and ensure reliable, measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, testing, and documentation, with a roadmap-driven approach and a focus on multi-system data harmony in a fast-growing telehealth tech environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years in revenue, marketing, sales, systems, or automation—with real build ownership.
• Hands-on CRM depth: workflows, properties, custom objects, list logic, lifecycle stages, data movement inside a CRM.
• Experience with Make.com, Zapier, Workato, n8n, or similar—multi-step scenarios with branching, error handling, and API calls.
• Built with LLMs, not just used ChatGPT—prompt design, structured output, tool use, and error handling.
• You test edge cases, you don’t trust a run that looked fine, and you flag uncertainties.
• Comfort working across messy, multi-system data environments (CRM + financial systems + support + product data).
• Clear written communication—you can explain a build to non-Make.com users.
• Fluency in English (C1) with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Familiarity with Clay, Claude Code, Salesforce, Codex, Zoho Desk, NetSuite, Stripe, or Coefficient is a plus.
• Healthcare or regulated-data experience, including PHI handling, is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own production AI agents from design to deployment, including prompt design, tool wiring, and failure handling.
• Architect end-to-end integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com, Jira, NetSuite and ad platforms.
• Document and migrate existing automations, portting where needed and retiring obsolete flows.
• Ensure reliability with alerting, error triage, and post-launch ownership.
• Explore process discovery with AEs, AMs, CSMs, and Implementation, then codify workflows.
• Track before-and-after metrics and adoption to demonstrate impact for Finance and leadership.
• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to drive weekly active use and iterate until workflows are routine.

About the Role

Most revenue teams talk about AI. Fewer have it running in production. At OpenLoop, AI agents are already enriching leads, recategorizing support tickets, parsing contracts, and moving data between CRM and different tools. We're looking for an AI Automation Analyst to build the next wave of it.

This is a hands‑on build role. You'll spend your week building AI automations and agents for CRM and other tools, wiring workflows, testing what breaks, and fixing it before someone in Sales or Marketing notices.

You'll work from a prioritized roadmap owned by the Senior Manager of Revenue Automation & AI, and you'll own the builds assigned to you end to end: scoped, shipped, documented, monitored.

You'll partner directly with the people who use what you build—AEs, AMs, CSMs, Implementation, Marketing, and Finance—which means you'll need to understand the process before you automate it. If manual work that a well‑designed workflow should be handling genuinely bothers you, and you'd rather ship the thing than write the deck about the thing, this role was written for you.

What You'll Own

• Production AI agents. Build and maintain the LLM‑backed agents driving the revenue engine - intent filtering, lead grading and re‑classification, enrichment, contract parsing, competitive monitoring. You own the prompt design, the tool wiring, the structured output contract, and the failure handling.

• End‑to‑end integrations. Architect and deploy durable data flows across HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com, Jira, NetSuite, and the ad platforms, triggered by deal milestones and lifecycle events — so GTM handoffs are programmatic rather than memory‑dependent.

• Production AI Agents – Develop and refine the LLM‑backed agents driving the revenue engine—from intent filtering and MQL grading to contract parsing—owning the prompt design, tool wiring, and rigorous failure handling required for production.

• Migration readiness for what we've already built. Inventory the automations in your area, document what each one actually writes and where, identify what breaks at Salesforce cutover, and port or retire it.

• Reliability of your own builds. Alerting, error triage, mean time to restore. A shipped automation nobody is watching is a liability with a countdown on it. You own yours after launch, not just at launch.

• Process discovery and documentation. Sit with the AEs, AMs, CSMs, and Implementation folks who live inside the process before you automate it — then write it down so any teammate can pick your build up cold, including how to recover it when it breaks.

• Impact & Data Inputs – Track the before‑and‑after metrics for every ship—capturing process baselines and hours returned—so the automation pod's impact number is defensible to Finance and executive leadership.

• Adoption & Feedback Loops – Partner with Revenue Enablement to drive weekly active use of your builds, sitting with the teams to identify friction and iterating until the workflow is a native part of their day

Requirements

• 2–5 years in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, systems, or automation—with real build ownership, not just ticket triage

• Hands‑on CRM depth: workflows, properties, custom objects, list logic, lifecycle stages, and a genuine understanding of how data moves and gets corrupted inside a CRM. HubSpot or Salesforce; both are a strong advantage given where we're headed.

• Working experience with at least one automation platform (Make.com, Zapier, Workato, n8n, or similar)—you've built multi‑step scenarios with branching, error handling, and API calls

• You've built with LLMs, not just used ChatGPT—prompt design, structured output, tool use, and handling the cases where the model gets it wrong

• The instinct to check your own work: you test edge cases, you don't trust a run that "looked fine," and you say so when you're unsure

• Comfort working across messy, multi‑system data environments (CRM + financial systems + support + product data)

• Clear written communication—you can explain a build to someone who will never open Make.com

• Fluency in English (C1), excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Clay, Claude Code, Salesforce, Codex, Zoho Desk, NetSuite, Stripe, or Coefficient a plus
