A leading HVAC-R service provider in Lima, Peru, is seeking a Service Technician to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining systems and working directly with customers. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of HVAC-R experience and EPA certification. The position offers competitive pay of $55 to $75/hour along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and ongoing training.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll be on the front line of delivering reliable, high-quality HVAC-R solutions. Your day-to-day will include:

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC-R systems.
Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
Working directly with customers to ensure their systems run efficiently.
Documenting work performed in line with company and industry standards.
Partnering with a team of skilled technicians and managers to solve complex challenges.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of commercial HVAC-R service experience (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Universal EPA certification (required).
Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
Trade school or technical training strongly preferred.
Able to run diagnosis on anything 25T and over.
Speciality preferred such as chiller, VRV or VRF, refrigeration, etc...
