Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Auto Technician

For the Gearhead Who Loves Helping People: If you can talk pistons, brake pads, and turbos in your sleep—and know how to keep your cool when a customer’s ride is down—we want you on our team.

At our shop, we don’t just move parts—we move people. We’re looking for a Customer Service Rep who knows cars, respects the grind, and can handle the phones and emails like a pro. If you’re the type who geeks out over rebuilds and doesn’t mind explaining the difference between a TIPM and ECM to a customer—this job's for you.

What You'll Do

• Talk shop with customers: Answer calls, emails, chats, and texts from fellow gearheads, shop owners, and DIY warriors looking for the right parts or help with installs.
• Solve problems fast: From tracking orders to helping someone troubleshoot a fitment issue, you’ll be the calm in the storm when someone’s build isn’t going as planned.
• Keep things organized: Use our system to log conversations, update orders, and flag follow-ups. If you’ve ever built an engine, you know—details matter.
• Bridge the gap: Work with our shipping, tech, and warehouse teams to get answers, solve issues, and keep our customers turning wrenches (not pulling their hair out).
• Stay in the loop: Pass along common customer issues or ideas to help improve how we do things. If there’s a better way, we want to hear it.

What We’re Looking For

• You know your way around a car—bonus points if you’ve rebuilt a motor, done your own suspension, or argued about carb vs EFI on a forum.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, shop, or phone support counts)
• Solid communicator—can talk clearly, write clean emails, and explain technical stuff without being a know-it-all.
• Organized and good with tech—can handle customer service software and look up part numbers without breaking a sweat.
• Patient, friendly, and good under pressure (because let’s face it—not every job goes as planned).
• High school diploma or GED. College or tech school = nice, but not required.
