We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in oscillator and RF circuit design to join an established company focused on advanced frequency control and RF technologies. This position offers an opportunity to develop high-performance oscillator products used in demanding applications such as aerospace, defense, and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize a variety of oscillator products including voltage-controlled, temperature-compensated, oven-controlled, and phase-locked loop-based oscillators.
• Conduct simulations, measurements, and detailed evaluations to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards.
• Prepare technical documentation including design reports, test procedures, and integration guidelines.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines including mechanical, manufacturing, system architecture, and testing teams to support project success.
• Lead project planning activities, design reviews, and mentor less experienced team members.
• Manage timelines and cost estimates to ensure efficient and profitable product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in RF and microwave circuit design, with a minimum of 5 years focused on oscillator development.
• Strong expertise in low-noise oscillator design, including amplifiers, multipliers, and filters.
• Proficient with RF test instrumentation such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, frequency counters, and oscilloscopes.
• Experienced with simulation tools like AWR Microwave Office, Pathwave, Genesis, or Matlab.
• Familiarity with software tools for documentation and project management. Experience with LabVIEW or electronic design automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for handling export-controlled technology as defined by applicable U.S. regulations.
