ALPLA INC. seeks a Global Procurement Manager – Colors and Additives to lead supplier relationships worldwide, negotiate prices and contracts, and drive global procurement strategies.

• Degree in business administration, economics, natural/life sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop supplier relationships on a global level.
• Lead price and contract negotiations, primarily for the European market.
• Contribute to the implementation of global procurement strategies.
• Ensure supply security and proactively manage procurement risks.
• Monitor market developments and identify sourcing opportunities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and support procurement process improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement teams worldwide and with logistics, technical, and commercial sales.
• Prepare and conduct supplier meetings and negotiations independently.
• Support global price alignment and transparency across regions.
