Job summary

ALPLA is seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager for General Services Europe to shape the sourcing strategy for facility management, security, cleaning, travel, fleet, waste management, and other critical services across Europe.

You will drive tenders, lead negotiations with service providers, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Facility Management and Finance teams to deliver measurable value and sustainability in indirect services procurement.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Category Management or Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience with service-related categories such as Facility Management, Security, Cleaning, Travel, Fleet, Staffing or Waste Management.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving business challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities
