Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to lead and plan shifts for the housekeeping team in Jakarta. The role involves monitoring cleaning standards, coordinating with property teams, and ensuring timely tenant responses per SLA.

You will manage material flows in the SML Warehouse and work with SAP HANA & ECC MM, MM, and MIGO modules. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or facility management and holds a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 3 years in housekeeping, facilities, or property management with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and material management.
• Experience with SAP HANA & ECC MM, Procurement, and MIGO.

• Monitor, control, and check area cleaning work performed by all housekeepers.
• Coordinate work with developers to monitor and check all glass facade panels.
• Respond to and handle all tenant complaints according to SLA.
• Load incoming and outgoing goods/Material Management for SML Warehouse.
• Input and check material codes using the SAP HANA & ECC Material Management module.

Job Qualifications:

• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
