Zusammenfassung

Ruijie Reyee is seeking a results-driven Pre-sales Networking Specialist in Lima to support sales teams with technical designs and PoCs for SME customers. You will contribute to shaping solutions and validating them in collaboration with partners.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of Ethernet switches and WLAN, plus the ability to deliver compelling product demos and training in both English and Spanish. CCIE/CCNP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of pre-sales experience in networking products (Ethernet switches, WLAN).
• Knowledge of network equipment and configurations; Cisco/Aruba/MikroTik/TP-Link/Ubiquiti preferred.
• Strong presentation or training skills; English and Spanish working languages.
• Certifications: CCIE, CCNP or equivalent preferred.
• Marketing and partner enablement experience with SME networking partners is a plus.

• Channel Partner Enabler Training to sales and partners on networking products, solutions and marketing tools;
• Enabler to partners sales engineers on their independent SME project support skills;
• Develop localized sales tools to support sales and partners.
• Localized Marketing Pilot and landing of global marketing activities. Carry out experiments on enhance acquisition and activation;
• Localize marketing materials from headquarter, and develop local marketing materials;
• Market analysis on local solution/product sell-out. Locate obstacles and form plans to improve sales.
• New Product Pilot test landing on new products and solutions;
• Collect, analyze and feedback requirement on products and solutions;
• Project Support Work with sales/partner to design solutions, carry out PoC and deliver values for major SME projects;

Requirement

• At least 2-year experience on PRE-sales role on networking products such as Ethernet switch, WLAN;
• Sound knowledge of network equipment and configurations, has Cisco/Aruba/MikroTik/Tplink/Ubiquiti experience preferred;
• Good skills on presentation or training; both Spanish and English as working language;
• Prefer candidates with qualification of CCIE, CCNP or equal certifications on networking;
• Prefer candidates with marketing and partner technical enabling experience on SME networking partners.
