Sony Music Korea is seeking a senior leader to drive growth through new and existing distribution and investment partnerships. You will lead a skilled operations team, serving as a trusted partner to labels across our network, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and strategic execution.

Formación

• 15+ years proven experience in music distribution, label relations, business development, or partnership management within the music industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of negotiating and executing distribution or investment agreements.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trusted partnerships both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker, capable of translating business insights into actionable growth strategies.
