The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading multiple locations in the Dallas area to drive exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and outstanding sales results. This role builds strong, lasting relationships with customers and employees, fosters team development, and ensures company initiatives are successfully executed.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring all team members create a welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful environment.
• Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, performance reviews, and maintaining cleanliness standards in all areas (desks, backroom, bathroom, floors).
• Enforce company policies and procedures through regular meetings, audits, and office visits.
• Manage daily deposits for all locations and coordinate with accounting to resolve discrepancies and reconcile office funds.
• Hire, train, and coach sales associates; evaluate performance and support career development.
• Track sales trends and key performance indicators across all offices to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate regional performance and implement strategic changes to drive stronger results.
• Maintain consistent communication with corporate leaders, peers, and senior management to ensure alignment on goals and business strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role with multi-location management experience.
• Prior experience in the auto insurance industry is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Able to pass a criminal background check for state licensing requirements.
• Demonstrated strengths in leadership, time management, and strategic problem-solving.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
