CBM 360° TIV seeks a Branch Manager for its Peru operation, accountable for market entry, growth, and end-to-end branch management in mining & metals. You will drive revenue, oversee service delivery, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects.

The role requires 10+ years in relevant sectors and 5+ years in leadership, with strong relationships with operators, EPCs, and regulators. English and Spanish fluency are mandatory.

• Must have strong leadership and market expansion experience.
• Spanish: native or fluent; English: professional proficiency.
• Experience in mining, metals, or heavy industry; 10+ years total.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership or branch management.

• Oversee delivery of TIV, NDT, Asset Integrity, and Inspection services.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and manage technical and commercial teams.

The Branch Manager is fully accountable for establishing, operating, and scaling CBM 360° TIV’s Peru branch. This is a P&L-driven leadership role covering business development, operations, technical compliance, client relationships, and team management within the mining and metals sector.If you are looking for a ceremonial title or a back-office role—this is not it. This role demands execution, market penetration, and measurable growth

Reporting To

Country Director / Regional Director – Latin America

Key Responsibilities

• Business & Market Leadership
  • Develop and execute market entry and growth strategy for Peru’s mining & metals sector
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with mining operators, EPCs, OEMs, and regulators
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and contract acquisition
• Operational Management
  • Establish branch operations in compliance with local laws, safety standards, and CBM 360° TIV policies
  • Oversee delivery of CBM, TIV, NDT, Asset Integrity, and Inspection services
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality project execution with zero compromise on safety
• Financial & Commercial Control
  • Own P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Approve pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Monitor KPIs, margins, and operational efficiency
• People & Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and manage technical and commercial teams
  • Enforce performance standards and accountability
  • Build a high-discipline, safety-first culture

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mining, or related field)
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Management / Business is a strong advantage
• Relevant international inspection or certification credentials preferred (ISO, ASNT, API, etc.)

Experience

• 10+ years in Mining, Metals, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or branch management role
• Proven experience in TIV, NDT, CBM, Asset Integrity, or Inspection services
• Demonstrated success in business development and operational scaling

Technical Skills

• NDT methods and Asset Integrity Management
• Contract negotiation and commercial structuring
• Financial management and operational KPIs
• Strong knowledge of HSE and regulatory compliance

Languages

• Spanish: Native or fluent (mandatory)
• English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory)
• Portuguese is an added advantage
