CBM360TIV in Arequipa is seeking a qualified HSE Engineer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across mining operations. You will implement proactive safety practices on-site and drive regulatory adherence. The role requires 3–5 years' mining HSE experience, NEBOSH/IOSH preferred, strong risk assessment and reporting skills, and the ability to train operational teams.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or Peruvian equivalent) preferred.
• 3–5 years in mining HSE or heavy industrial operations is typical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE plans and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and site safety audits
• Ensure compliance with Peruvian mining regulations and international standards
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions
• Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and recommendations
• Provide HSE training and support to operational teams

Education & Qualification

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or Peruvian equivalent) preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years in mining HSE or heavy industrial operations
• Experience with Peruvian mining regulations and offshore/remote site operations preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of mining safety standards
• Risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation
• Safety auditing and compliance reporting
• MS Office and HSE digital tools

Languages

• Spanish (mandatory – operational and regulatory language)
