CBM 360° TIV Peru is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the mining sector, secure new clients, and expand market presence. This role is highly commercial, focused on pipeline value, contracts won, and revenue delivery.

You will lead technical–commercial meetings with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams, build long-term relationships, manage key accounts, and prepare proposals and bids. Fluency in Spanish and professional English are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of business development or technical sales experience.
• Proven track record selling services to mining, metals, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
• Technical background preferred for mining credibility.

Responsabilidades

• Sales & market development across mining operators, EPCs, OEMs, and asset owners.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on CBM, TIV, NDT, and asset integrity.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new mining-sector clients, and expanding CBM 360° TIV’s market presence in Peru. This role is purely commercial—measured by pipeline value, contracts won, and revenue delivered.If you are uncomfortable with targets, rejection, or complex technical sales, this role is not for you.

Reporting To

Branch Manager / Country Director – Peru

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Market Development
• Identify, target, and convert new clients across mining operators, EPCs, OEMs, and asset owners.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on CBM, TIV, NDT, and Asset Integrity services.
• Client Engagement
• Conduct technical–commercial meetings with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Proposals & Contracts
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and bid submissions.
• Lead negotiations and close service contracts aligned with margin targets.
• Market Intelligence
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and upcoming mining projects.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Internal Coordination
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure feasible and competitive offers.
• Support project handover to operations after contract award.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Technical background is strongly preferred for credibility with mining clients.

Experience

• 5–10 years experience in business development or technical sales.
• Proven track record selling services in Mining, Metals, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry.
• Prior exposure to TIV, NDT, CBM, inspection, or asset integrity services is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of industrial inspection and monitoring services.
• Ability to read technical scopes and translate them into commercial proposals.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills.
• CRM usage and structured pipeline management

Languages

• Spanish: Fluent (mandatory)
• English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory)
