Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and call center software.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls from customers requesting assistance.
• Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure timely assistance.

Connaissances

Senior High School graduate
