Job summary

• Support the resolution of guest complaints or disputes promptly and professionally.
• Promote a positive gaming experience and uphold high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, internal controls, and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining the integrity of EGM assets, gaming machine equipment, and operational information.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and support enforcement of security protocols.
