Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, invites a Waiter/Waitress – Fine Dining to join the Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, presenting menus, and coordinating with kitchen and bar to ensure a luxury dining experience.

Requirements include at least 2 years in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant, fluent English and another language, plus strong communication and grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant.
• Good product knowledge of international/local cuisine and beverage preparation methods.
• Secondary school diploma or above.
• Fluent spoken English and one other language specified for restaurant guest demographics.
• Knowledge of MS Office, POS Software will be preferred.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized dining experience.
• Present menus confidently, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately record and process guest orders while ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Prepare, maintain, and reset tables in accordance with operational and brand standards.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring accuracy, quality presentation, and adherence to service etiquette.
• Collaborate effectively with restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams to maintain seamless service operations.
• Communicate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests accurately to the relevant teams.
• Consistently maintain professional grooming, appearance, and conduct in line with company standards.
• Comply with all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the overall dining experience.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution.
• Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality, reflecting the organization's service culture and Forbes standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.

Job description

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will belocated50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant
• Good product knowledge of international/local cuisine, beverages preparation methods.
• Secondary school diploma or above
• Fluent spoken English and one other language specified for restaurant guest demographics
• Knowledge of MS Office, POS Software will be preferred
