Logisly is seeking a logistics professional to optimize trucking operations. You will allocate orders on time, within budget and per SOP, while maintaining strong relations with transporter partners and customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in logistics or related field, at least two years in logistics or supply chain, and a PPJK license, with solid project management, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain.
• PPJK license is required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of project management.
• Experience with Google Sheets for reporting and formulas.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Allocate trucking orders on time, within budget and according to SOP.
• Ensure active rate of Logisly transporter partners.
• Analyze and suggest improvements on pricing and transporter KPIs.
• Develop relationships with customers (transporters and shippers) and respond to inputs/complaints.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management to aid decision-making.

We work with smart, nice, driven people in solving complex problems and building products to improve Indonesia's logistics.

• Allocate trucking orders in time, within budget and according to SOP using knowledge of project management
• Ensure active rate of Logisly transporter partners
• Perform analysis and suggest improvements on key activities related to operations such as pricing, transporter KPIs, etc.
• Develop good relationships with customers (transporters and shippers), and attentively respond to complaints and inputs
• Preparing and presenting reports to senior management to help with decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Transportation/other relevant majors
• Min. 2 years of experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain in similar roles would be preferred
• Having PPJK license is a must
• Intermediate to advanced skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
• Strong project management knowledge/skills
• Familiar in using Google Sheets for report building and formula writing
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
