FullStack is seeking an Accessibility Engineer to join our talent network for U.S. client projects. You will assess web applications against WCAG 2.2, design test cases, and collaborate with design and development teams to implement accessible solutions.

We require 3+ years in testing or accessibility, a four-year degree, and Advanced English. This role is 100% remote with opportunities to work across international clients and grow your expertise.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in software testing, QA or digital accessibility.
• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and accessibility best practices.
• Experience testing web apps for accessibility issues.
• Experience with assistive technologies (screen readers).
• Experience using automated accessibility testing tools and manual testing.
• Able to document accessibility issues and advise development teams.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to own and deliver accessibility improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate into our client's team and work with designers and engineers daily on accessibility.
• Document findings, create test cases and report defects to drive WCAG compliance.

The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Accessibility Engineer.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, or digital accessibility.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 standards and web accessibility best practices.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications for accessibility issues and identifying WCAG compliance gaps.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies such as JAWS and NVDA, including screen reader testing.
• Experience using automated accessibility testing tools, combined with manual testing techniques.
• Ability to document accessibility issues clearly and provide actionable recommendations to development teams.
• Experience creating test cases, documenting findings, and reporting accessibility defects.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support the implementation of accessible solutions.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
