Job summary

FullStack is seeking an Accessibility Engineer to join our talent network and work with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development.

You will integrate into client teams, perform accessibility testing, and drive WCAG-compliance improvements across web applications. The role requires 3+ years in testing or accessibility, strong English, a four-year degree, and hands-on experience with screen readers and automated tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing, QA, or digital accessibility.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or four-year college degree completed.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and accessibility best practices.
• Hands-on testing of web apps for accessibility issues and WCAG gaps.
• Experience with assistive technologies and screen readers (JAWS/NVDA).
• Ability to document issues clearly and recommend fixes to Dev teams.
• Experience writing test cases, reporting defects, and collaboration in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client cross-functional teams to ensure accessible software deliverables.
• Identify WCAG gaps, document findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and execute test cases, report accessibility defects, and track remediation.
• Support CI/CD integration of accessibility tests within project workflows.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, or digital accessibility.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 standards and web accessibility best practices.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications for accessibility issues and identifying WCAG compliance gaps.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies such as JAWS and NVDA, including screen reader testing.
• Experience using automated accessibility testing tools, combined with manual testing techniques.
• Ability to document accessibility issues clearly and provide actionable recommendations to development teams.
• Experience creating test cases, documenting findings, and reporting accessibility defects.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support the implementation of accessible solutions.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.

• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
