FullStack is seeking an Accessibility Engineer to join our talent network and collaborate with U.S. clients on accessibility-focused projects. You will integrate with client teams, conduct tests, and help ensure WCAG compliance across web applications.

Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2, hands-on testing with assistive technologies (JAWS/NVDA), and experience in Agile/Scrum environments are essential. This role offers 100% remote work and opportunities to work with leading startups and Fortune 500

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, or digital accessibility.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 standards and web accessibility best practices.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications for accessibility issues and identifying WCAG compliance gaps.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies such as JAWS and NVDA, including screen reader testing.
• Experience using automated accessibility testing tools, combined with manual testing techniques.
• Ability to document accessibility issues clearly and provide actionable recommendations to development teams.
• Experience creating test cases, documenting findings, and reporting accessibility defects.
