FullStack is seeking an Accessibility Engineer to join our talent network and collaborate with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development work.

You will integrate directly into client teams and work with designers and engineers daily to ensure accessibility across web applications. The role requires 3+ years of accessibility QA experience, advanced English, a four-year degree, and deep knowledge of WCAG 2.2, assistive technologies (JAWS/NVDA), and automated/manual testing methods.

The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Accessibility Engineer.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, or digital accessibility.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 standards and web accessibility best practices.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications for accessibility issues and identifying WCAG compliance gaps.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies such as JAWS and NVDA, including screen reader testing.
• Experience using automated accessibility testing tools, combined with manual testing techniques.
• Ability to document accessibility issues clearly and provide actionable recommendations to development teams.
• Experience creating test cases, documenting findings, and reporting accessibility defects.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support the implementation of accessible solutions.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
