Job summary

Airswift seeks an experienced Site Quality Manager for wind farm projects in Oman. You will lead a quality team of 6 QEs, 2 NDTs, 4 trainees, oversee FAT and plant quality, and coordinate with clients, OEMs and internal stakeholders to prevent non-conformances and ensure on-time handover.

The role demands hands-on RCA/CAPA, independent decision making on-site, and deep knowledge of FAT, NCRs and site installation quality under harsh Oman conditions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quality management experience in wind energy or heavy infrastructure.
• Hands-on FAT and plant quality oversight from manufacturing through to shipment.
• Independent on-site decision making for NCRs, deviations and CAPA.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary QA/QC teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAT & Plant Quality oversight for wind turbine components and supplier pre-shipment inspections.
• Own on-site quality issue resolution during installation, commissioning and handover with root-cause analysis.
• Drive rack-time corrective actions and ensure formal sign-off before shipment.
• Mentor and manage a quality team of 6 QEs, 2 NDT Inspectors and 4 Trainees.
