Job summary

Saif Ahmed Alrashdi Ent. in Oman is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to keep track of stock levels, receive goods against orders, and organize storage across the warehouse.

You will perform regular stock checks, prepare reports, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate deliveries while maintaining health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar role, strong organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Receive and process goods, check against POs and invoices.
• Manage storage of goods in an organized manner.
• Perform regular stock checks and maintain records.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure correct deliveries.
• Ensure goods handling/storage complies with health and safety rules.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and stock movements.
