Job summary

Tawteen in Muscat, Oman, seeks a warehouse supervisor to oversee goods inflow and outflow, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage warehouse staff.

You will implement warehouse management systems, perform regular counts, analyze inventory status, and ensure safety and compliance with relevant procedures.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Office and WMS/ERP software.

Qualifications

• College degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in accounting or statistics, familiarity with production processes.
• Proficiency with Office and WMS/ERP software; strong organizational skills.
• Good communication, initiative, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for goods entering/leaving the warehouse and staff oversight to ensure safety.
• Assist in establishing warehouse management systems and procedures and ensure adherence.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure records match actual goods.
• Summarize and analyze inventory status and report findings to relevant personnel.
• Ensure warehouse safety and inspect equipment and facilities regularly.
• Be aware of hazards and environmental factors; follow established guidelines.
• Participate in maintenance of quality, safety, occupational health and energy systems.
• Fulfill all safety-related responsibilities associated with the position.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Focus on training staff to act as warehouse managers.
