Industrial Catering Experience mandatory

Preferred candidate profile

• Staff Management: Schedule shifts, train new team members, assign daily tasks, and supervise kitchen and service personnel.
• Operations Oversight: Coordinate food preparation, room setup, food presentation, and timely service delivery for events or daily hospitality.
• Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, order food supplies and ingredients, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations (such as proper food storage and temperature control).
• Customer Service: Act as the main on-site point of contact for clients, handle special requests, and resolve any complaints promptly.
