Job summary

A global data resilience company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to support clients in optimizing their use of Veeam's solutions. This role requires at least 5 years of IT experience with strong consulting and project management skills, preferably with knowledge in virtualization and networking. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in technology and certifications such as VMware VCP or Microsoft MCSE. The position is based in Saudi Arabia, and applicants must be located there or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
• VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent experience.
• Prince 2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam's Core products.
• Significant experience with virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and consulting services on Veeam Software solutions.
• Provide overall project guidance and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between clients and Veeam support.
• Assist with Veeam Software implementation efforts.
