Airswift is seeking a PCC Telecom Supervisor based in Oman to manage all telecom-related pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities for a large industrial energy project.

The role ensures telecom systems installation, testing, and integration meets project specifications and safety standards. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Telecommunications or related fields, with 8-12 years of relevant experience and prior supervisory roles in major EPC projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in telecom systems within Oil & Gas or industrial projects.
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory role focusing on pre‑commissioning activities.
• Proven experience on major EPC projects during commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all telecom pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Ensure telecom systems are ready for start‑up and operational handover.
• Coordinate telecom activities with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
