Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Telecom Supervisor in Oman to supervise the telecommunication systems during pre‑commissioning and commissioning of a major onshore energy project. The role requires ensuring that all telecom systems are compliant, safe, and fully operational.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, with at least 8-12 years of experience in telecom systems in oil & gas projects. Strong leadership and project coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in telecom systems for oil & gas.
• Proven experience in pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Prior exposure to brownfield and/or greenfield energy projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all telecommunication pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Review and implement pre‑commissioning procedures and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company policies.
