Job summary

Airswift is seeking a PCC Telecom Engineer for a large-scale oil & gas facility in Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for executing, coordinating, and supporting all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for telecommunications systems, ensuring they comply with specifications and standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering and has 5–8 years of experience in telecom engineering, particularly on LNG or oil & gas projects. Strong understanding of international telecom standards is also required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in telecom engineering with significant exposure to pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Proven experience on LNG, gas processing, or large‑scale oil & gas projects.
• Strong understanding of international telecom standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand telecom engineering documents.
• Verify correctness of installation for telecom equipment.
• Execute and supervise commissioning activities for telecom systems.
• Support energization and system integration with IT networks.
