Job summary

Aqaba Ceramics in Oman is seeking motivated Sales Executives to promote building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, and related products across Sohar, Saham, and the upcoming Barka showroom.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience in construction materials, with proven ability to close deals, meet targets, and build strong customer relationships; English required, Arabic preferred. Accommodation and visa support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in building materials, sanitaryware, tiles, ceramics, hardware or construction materials, or a similar industry.
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• English on spoken and written levels; Arabic preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell building materials, tiles, sanitaryware and related products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and negotiate sales agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom growth.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
• Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
• Coordinate with showroom and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Effectively close sales and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
