Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Tandem Line Team Lead, Stamping to oversee tandem line operations and ensure precision manufacturing of stamped parts. You will lead setup, scheduling, and continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience with tandem presses, aluminum sheet metal stamping, and Siemens HMI diagnostics, with a focus on meeting production goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Safety and maintenance knowledge is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency needed.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics is required.
• 2–4 years stamping experience, preferably laser blanking.
• Experience with Tandem Press setup and operation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate Tandem Press line for stamping parts.
• Select and configure proper production schedule.
• Use Siemens HMI screens for diagnostics and fault resolution.
• Lead and set up the tandem line and die sets for new jobs.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and productivity.
• Identify and report defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and timelines.
• Troubleshoot Tandem lines across the plant.
• Support 6-S housekeeping in the Tandem Line area.
