Job summary

IMD COMPANY LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Aluminium Division to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety.

The role requires strong background in production processes, project management, and team leadership within aluminium manufacturing, with 5–7 years of relevant experience. You will drive continuous improvement and manage budgets and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration is required.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium production processes and CAD drawings.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations management in manufacturing, preferably aluminium.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, quality control, and productivity improvement.
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aluminium production operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards.
• Lead and mentor operational staff, promoting safety and accountability.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams.
• Promote health and safety initiatives and compliance.
• Prepare regular performance and project reports for senior management.
• Oversee special projects including new product development and process innovations.
