Ericsson in Muscat, Oman seeks a Managed Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end service delivery and drive performance against SLAs and WLAs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor results, and manage contract costs while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

You will lead governance, manage risks and escalations, and champion continuous improvement and automation across delivery streams.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in delivering managed services and meeting contractual commitments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and external providers.
• Strong understanding of service-level governance and performance management.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and financial performance of services.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to operations.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end service delivery against contractual commitments, including SLAs/WLAs.
• Monitor operational performance and report results to stakeholders.
• Manage contract costs and take corrective actions to protect service quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams to align resources with requirements.
• Lead governance, manage risks and escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan service transitions, handovers and changes with operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost efficiencies.
• Build strong relationships with customers, teams, and service providers.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, legal, and other requirements.
