Delta Muscat is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive revenue in the metal fabrication and decorative metalwork market in Oman. You will design strategic plans, mentor a high-performing team, and build lasting relationships with contractors, architects, designers, developers, and corporate clients to win major projects.

You’ll analyze performance data, prepare forecasts, manage quotations and contracts, and coordinate with production to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in a relevant industry with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance.
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret sales data and market research to make informed decisions.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage; Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
