Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Professional qualification in procurement, supply chain or contract management is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain and/or contract management including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong experience in end-to-end tendering, commercial evaluation, negotiation and contract administration.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, construction or project-related procurement preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement AASAAL's supply chain strategy, annual procurement plan and category priorities.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from demand planning through RFQ, RFP, tendering, evaluation, award and PO issuance.
• Lead contracting activities across pre-tender, tender, contract preparation, review, administration and renewals.
• Establish and oversee supplier management with regular evaluations and performance reviews.
• Ensure governance, reporting and stakeholder management with timely procurement pipeline and spend reports.
