Job summary

Oman Investment Authority is seeking a Unit Head Procurement & Administration to drive sourcing, contracting, and vendor performance while managing admin services and facilities. You will lead RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure governance and cost efficiency across procurement and administration.

The role includes oversight of travel management, records handling, and the Management Tender Committee secretariat, contributing to enterprise value and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Procurement and Administration with banking experience preferred.
• Professional certification such as CIPS/CIPP or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership with results in RFP review, tendering, and contract management.
• In-depth knowledge of Oman Tender Law and procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and administration activities including RFQ/RFP development and contract finalization.
• Govern vendor relationships, negotiations, and complex procurement and admin service agreements.
• Ensure governance, cost efficiency, SLA adherence, and service quality.
• Act as Secretary to the Management Tender Committee (MTC) coordinating materials and decisions.
• Oversee travel management, office services, records, and facilities-related support.
