The role involves collaborating across departments to execute strategic plans, producing related documentation, and identifying operational improvements. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, effective communication capabilities, and a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or Engineering. This position also prefers Oman Nationals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant field, with at least 1 year in business planning.
• Should be able to work with external consultants on strategy development.
• Oman National preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable and oversee strategic projects aimed at improving bank performance.
• Assist management in strategy formulation and execution.
• Communicate strategy updates to stakeholders.
