Job summary

OMRAN Group is seeking an experienced leader to translate approved business plans into integrated delivery plans for a diverse portfolio in Oman. You will own scope, cost, schedule, quality and HSE outcomes, sponsor stage-gated releases, and inform monetization decisions with market insights.

Lead and develop the delivery team, establish clear accountability, and ensure alignment with OMRAN policies while coordinating with central design and technical authorities across all active project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and professional qualification advantage.
• Strong track record delivering multi-phase real estate or development projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved plans into an integrated delivery plan for projects in OMRAN’s portfolio.
• Act as the accountable owner for scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE outcomes.
• Sponsor projects through stage-gates with robust business cases and evidence.
• Maintain market insight to inform development and monetization decisions.
• Lead and develop the delivery team including PMO, cost, and handover resources.
• Ensure alignment with policies, procedures, and stage-gate framework.
