Job summary

Advanced Cans Factory (مصنع العلب المتطورة) in Salalah, Oman is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations. The HRBP will partner with business leaders and site teams to drive HR initiatives, manage onboarding, performance management, payroll input, and compliance with Oman labor laws.

You will handle employee relations, exits, training coordination, leave processing, timesheet monitoring, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring timely, accurate HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on HR management experience in large organizations.
• Overall relevant experience of 2-3 years.
• Knowledge of local labour law is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist HRBP to onboard new joiners and support performance management.
• Identify training needs and coordinate delivery for the subsidiary.
• Handle HR operations: leave processing, disciplinary issues, GOSI processing, end-of-service benefits processing.
• Monitor and report employees’ working hours and timesheets; report discrepancies to the HRBP.
• Provide input for accurate payroll by reviewing monthly payroll and overtime reports.
• Process all cases relating to employee separation including retirement, resignation, contract expiry, contract termination.
• Assist in exit interviews and share reports with supervisors.
• Assist in handling employee grievances and act as contact for disciplinary matters.
• Help conduct employee promotions in accordance with policy.
• Assist implement Performance Management System.
• Assist execute grievance handling system.
• Deal with full & final settlement matters of outgoing/retiring employees.
