Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Solid working knowledge of labor regulations in Oman.
• Proven experience in employee relations and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR advisor to business leaders for workforce planning.
• Manage employee lifecycle, including onboarding and exits.
• Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law.
