Job summary

Sahara Glass & Frames (Head Office- UAE) is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth from Oman. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales while coordinating with the head office to meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and proven sales experience in glass accessories, hardware, building materials, or machine tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales in Oman.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Valid Oman driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients for the Products portfolio.
• Generate leads and nurture client relationships to expand the company's sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with head office team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Initial sales promotions to sell the company's products and services.
• Stay abreast of market trends and product innovations to provide superior client consultation and service.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Report regularly to upper management on sales progress and market insights.
• Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of the company's product line, as well as the competition's offerings.
• Offer technical advice and support to clients making sure that the best solutions are provided according to their needs
