Job summary

Aramco seeks a Lead Financial Reporting & Performance Analyst to join the Downstream Finance, Planning & Permanence Management Department. You will ensure integrity and relevance of Downstream reporting and translate financial data into actionable insights, reporting under IFRS.

You will drive performance metrics, lead process improvements, automation, and governance across cross-functional teams to support timely actions and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting and performance analysis.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP and financial accounting systems.
• Understanding of IFRS and value-based performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and governance.
• Act as SAP and financial systems expert, resolve complex issues.
• Analyze financial KPIs (P&L, ROACE) and deliver performance insights.
• Drive end-to-end finance process optimization and automation.
