Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or related fields.
• 15+ years of experience in refining, chemicals, trading and retail marketing with an international integrated Downstream company, or global energy think tank/consulting firm, including at least 5 years in strategy formulation, scenario planning, or strategic planning.
• Demonstrable change management experience.
• Excellent English communication is necessary.
• Strong written and oral storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Company’s foremost expert in Downstream strategy.
• Advise Downstream Finance, Strategy & Planning and Executives as Corporate Advisor.
• Prepare research and analyses for Strategic Council and Corporate Committees.
• Collaborate to articulate Downstream Strategy and energy outlook scenarios.
• Lead strategic projects to execute decisions from analyses.
