Responsibilities
- Lead residential and mixed-use developments from concept through handover.
- Coordinate architects, planners, engineers and consultants to meet milestones.
- Manage planning approvals, budgets, timelines, risks and stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare reports and strategic updates for senior management and investment decisions.
