Oman Investment Authority in Muscat seeks a Senior Project Director to lead the delivery of a portfolio of development projects across Oman. You will own scope, cost, schedule, quality, HSE and stakeholder outcomes within a stage-gate framework, coordinating with central design and technical authorities to ensure master plans and standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of real-estate or development-delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering tourism, hospitality, mixed-use or residential developments across multiple phases.
• Experience managing consultants and contractors with strong commercial knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development delivery across Oman portfolio within stage-gate framework.
• Own scope, cost, schedule, quality, HSE and stakeholder outcomes for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with central design and technical authorities to ensure compliance with master plans and standards.
• Manage portfolios budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and governance reporting to the Chief Development Officer.
• Engage with ministries, utility providers, local authorities and the community to secure approvals and align with local requirements.
