Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) seeks a Cost Control Manager to lead budgeting, cost estimation, and financial control across projects. You will craft detailed budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP/SAP experience, and a track record of managing cost variances, contracts, and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with PMs, finance, and operations to drive financial efficiency and compliance with IMS policies.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and variances.
Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Understanding of contract terms and negotiation to oversee financial compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities for financial teams.
ERP knowledge—SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project and departmental budgets aligned with organizational goals.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including expenses and risks.
Monitor and track project expenditures against budgets.
Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
Generate detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Implement and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Review and manage contracts for cost-related issues and compliance.
Communicate with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders on financial matters.
Identify opportunities to improve cost control practices and processes.
Support implementation of HSE initiatives aligned with IMS policies.
