Skc Management Consulting is seeking a Manager (Planning) to oversee planning and control for projects. You will lead planning engineers, manage budgets, and ensure timely reporting and documentation for client and management reviews.

Responsibilities include baseline schedules in P-6, cost monitoring, and preparation of time extension documentation, with close coordination with project directors and unit heads.

Formación

• Experience in project planning and control using Primavera P6.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead planning engineers and coordinate with cost controllers.
• Proactive problem solving and decision making in projects.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and update Project baseline schedule in P-6 with supporting documents.
• Review schedule revisions with consultant/client for approvals.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for consultant/client/management.
• Prepare documents for Time Extension Claims to contracts.
• Prepare Master Budgets/Revisions under guidance of PM/Director with Cost Controller.
• Monitor actual cost vs budget and report variance analysis.
• Prepare rolling projections for resources manpower and equipment monthly.
• Compile daily progress reports and submit to project manager.
