Job summary

Retal is seeking a Contracts Specialist to prepare, negotiate, and administer multiple contracts with major Saudi and international customers. The role involves market surveys, bid management, and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure compliant tenders.

You will work under supervision with a senior Contracts Officer, developing expert knowledge in FIDIC law and contract processes while ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Law, or Business.
• Minimum 2 years in Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Source best contractors via market surveys and maintain approved contractor list.
• Collect and evaluate pre-qualification documents and review contractor documents.
• Prepare and nominate Preferred Contractor List; arrange preparation of RFPs and invite bidders.
• Coordinate clarification of queries from relevant parties and review tender documents.
• Review proposals from consultants and contractors and perform tender evaluations.
• Coordinate negotiations between parties and prepare service agreements and LOIs.
• Establish and manage strong relationships with contractors and assist Contracts Manager.
