Job summary

Retal is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities, vendor contract design, and warehouse management to support project delivery. You will drive RFPs, contract terms, and supplier negotiations, ensuring on-time, on-budget supply for multiple projects.

You will build a robust supplier base, coordinate with operations, and monitor procurement performance to support Retal's growth and strategic objectives. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (civil or similar) with procurement focus.
• Professional procurement and negotiation qualification is required.
• Minimum of 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 3 years in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the organization’s procurement strategy and align with business plan.
• Lead RFPs, tendering, and contract development for services and materials.
• Design standard terms, control vendor contracts, and ensure compliance.
• Manage supply chain for on-site material delivery and budgets.
• Oversee warehouse management and materials control processes.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and supplier discounts to maximize value.
