Job summary

Experience is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage end-to-end contracting and technical procurement for projects and operations. The role emphasizes risk management, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization across procurement processes.

The candidate will handle tendering, contract drafting, negotiations, and supplier performance, while ensuring adherence to delegation of authority and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of contracts management, procurement, tendering, or commercial management experience.
• Preferred certifications include MCIPS, PMP, CCM, CPCM, CPP or CSCP.

Responsibilities

• Review and process technical procurement requests with complete specs and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and manage tendering processes (RFQs, RFPs, ITTs) and bid evaluations.
• Develop, draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, purchase orders, and amendments per policies.
• Coordinate with end users, engineering, operations, project teams to clarify requirements.
• Lead bid evaluation and risk mitigation to ensure best value and compliance.
• Support project procurement from initiation to contract award, execution, and closeout.
